Tunica, MS, and Memphis went from light sleet/mix last hour to light snow currently.
 Skies have become mostly cloudy in last hour here 40 miles NE of ATL. I’m excited about the possibilities! Temps near 32 but dewpoints are well down into the teens.

So you did go ! Good for you!! May you get crushed with heavy sleet and snow . You definitely deserve it!

Yeah web cams look like its all snow I-20 N and PLSN south of there.  If you extrapolate the obs in AL and radar I think I-20 N might see a 2 hour period of decent snow.  S of there probably no

I am truly expecting here in southern Wake a brief burst of snow that quickly changes to sleet, then freezing rain. I would not be surprised to see over .25" zr here with almost no ground coverage of snow.

That being said, I could see something like the RGEM is showing. If it stays all snow, its gonna total 4". RGEM keeps the transition line down in Harnett
