I see a second batch prepping itself back towards Hagerstown. That one of probably the end. This back end stuff falling at night will likely save a lot of snow forecasts. Folks will probably verify on the low end of the 8" - 12" predictions. That lull killed us mid storm.

I think we have another 2 hours for most people.

Getting closer to 8 here with some of the best rates of the day. An inch on the road which was plowed around 5:30.

Yeah...I think I'm creeping toward 7.5".  Our climatology is a good reason to hedge.  A 12" snowstorm is a 97th percentile event for me.  So you really can't have too much go wrong.  Snow growth this morning was a little too bleh.  Too many pellets, sleet and rime mixed in with the good dendies

@WxUSAF…did you get your walk in?

Girls, pup, and I just got back from a 20-minute trot and we were in a band that was just crushing dendrites. Absolutely awesome snow walk!

Yes, lovely evening even if we were mostly pixie dust flakes during it.

Slept through part of the UL love, but looks like a band or two will still get to me. Going to take a final measurement once it's over as I work night shift remote again.

I'm happy many are cashing with the next round. I was truly hoping this would be a closed bowling ball so everyone can sing kumbaya, but this will still work. Any snow is good snow for me. Enjoy y'all!!
