MN Transplant
5.5" as of about 10 minutes ago. I was out shoveling for the past hour and we never went to sleet in my area of the western DC beltway, but the flakes were rimed making the distinction a bit blurry.

SnowenOutThere
Got a couple nice flakes to mix in with the usual snizzle but it couldn’t even last more than 10 minutes sadly. Looks like this will be a time where southern ffx county will help get me out of school

I think those are associated with the 850mb low. I wouldn’t be surprised if they rot a bit as the energy transfers. Though I am curious what happens in the lull

Paleocene
I'm in the zip code 20910 just south of the 495 beltway and north of the DC northern apex, in Silver Spring. Just measured about 4.75" averaged across a few spots in the yard and on a snowboard surface. I was out shoveling from 8am til now. Went from SN+, to SN- with a bit of ice and frozen pellet drizzle (?) to back to moderate snow with bigger flakes in the last 15 minutes. Hope I can pull 6" out of the first part then another 1-2" later.
Eskimo Joe
Dry air seems to have knocked down the boom potential north of I-70. Looks like a low end warning event is more likely north of DC.
EB89
Snow lulled but picking back up and largest flakes of the storm so far.

This conclusion is 100% not at all biased by the highest QPF number 3k is beautiful with the backside. Fluff for all.
