Ok, the time has come.   We gotta tighten up and get strict around here.   Storm mode time. If you see your posts disappearing, probably should take a new strategy and make better posts, that includes me.  We know this is every man for himself wrt model desires, but let's stop with the regional infighting and asking the. models to go north, south, east, west.

Not going to be a lot of warnings and mods are gonna be 5 posting a little more liberally, especially with obvious troll posts.

Ok, with that out of the way, let's try to reel this in.  And post about your favorite recipes and TV shows in this thread.  Of of those things you absolutely shouldn't do.

Confluence is definitely a bit stronger, but nothing earth shattering at 33hr

Noticed it at 24 as well over VT/NH area.

Slight southeast component to the low at 30 comparing to 6z. Don’t know if it’s noise yet or not.

Sounding people, check 'em.   Looks like all if not mostly snow from EZF north?

DCA metro is snow at 15z MON... barely.  if its light precip, sleet will possibly mix in.  warm nose is near 800mb... but 0.5c at most

WB has it as sleet or something according to Will's map.  You have the sounding?  Sometimes WB paints sleet in snow/close snow situations

Mobile, so hard to post. Seems like it would be snow to me. Isothermal at worst, and as said above a touch colder than last run. Run is very similar otherwise.

ETA: Nevermind.  Saw you edited and said you checked the sounding

Yeah, WB precip type seems off, especially since this run is a hair cooler.  I'd like to hear what our mets think

DC proper may flirt with sleet a bit after 12z Monday but it’s close. A good dumping anyways.

I would posit that as long as the precip doesnt get too light, it should remain snow since the "nose" is only a few tenths above 0c
