 Lows are forecasted to get down into the low 40s way down in Hogtown the next two nights as well as at least one more night late week.

Edit: They made it down at least to 39!

@pcbjr

Yep.  Been waiting on this March warmup but it's been a roller coaster at best and seems a lot more cool than warm.  Not good for my new grass.

Hogtown’s official low was, indeed, 39 (11 BN). But today’s high was way up at 79, 3 AN! It looks less cool tonight, but low 40s are forecasted for Thu and Fri nights there.

We have a forecast high of 80 today and low of 32 tomorrow night here. These swings are nuts.

7 of the next 10 days here forecast to have lows in the 30s.  Just spring in the South.  Will be begging for these cool days in a couple of months.

I am sure many of you have already seen this report.  I did not read it until this morning.  Those rainfall totals are absolutely insane.  The wind gusts were also bad for such a large area.

The on and off tree damage along a 50 or so mile stretch of I-16 was like nothing I’ve ever seen over such a large area. It looks like the damage from many dozens of tornadoes!

WRAL already putting out their weather alert day for Monday.

Do the local stations actually determine that,or do they rely on whatever service they get all their products from? I just noticed a lot of channels across the SE use this designation along with the same graphics, so wasn't sure what all that entails

The GEFS is hinting at a cool stretch around that time.

And now today’s Euro Weeklies for 4/7-13 have cooled a lot due to a stronger -NAO…chilly Masters may be ahead:

This is only my assumption and I do not know for sure, but most TV stations are owned by larger media corporations.  I would think that if stations are in different markets, but are under one corporation, they would likely have the same marketing/weather/formats, etc.
