Within 10 degrees of the state record and we didn't have perfect radiational cooling conditions the whole night as we got about an inch of snow. Expand Just makes you wonder HOW cold it was in that location when the record was set. -27 there this morning. Elkins was -15, Lewisburg -2 and WSS -4. I know you can't correlate exactly, but if all those stations were -28 to -37 on that morning makes you think Canaan would/could have been in -40 to -45 range easy.
