I drove up to near Baltimore earlier and their was hardly any snow there. My area is still probably 90%. I lucked out and really scored here in the lowlands. I've done well. nj2va
I’m on hour 3 of my delay at Dallas to head back to Reagan…they’re getting a new plane now, sigh. But my partner sent me this of the deck at deep creek. Was supposed to drive tonight when I land but will head there tomorrow. 63 here / 25 there. 20 1

jayyy
Looks like a batch of mixed (or snow depending on location) is moving NE through the area. Suspect it’ll mainly be snow from Columbia N

My only hope is to hold onto what I have and hope it's enough to maximize low temps.
Terpeast
The pack is gonna take a beating today. It held on strong when wet bulb temps were close to freezing even when air temps were in the 40s, but today is different.

I lost more snow overnight than I did yesterday with full sun and 45 degrees. I suspect it will be gone by tomorrow.
wxdude64
Temp rose from 25.5 at 2 am to 30.7 currently. Had a period of sleet and snow around 5 am, enough to measure (0.2) and make things slick this morning.

wxdude64
On the right side of the thermal boundary right now, lol. Light snow/sleet mix and 31.7/29.9, talking to mom 4 miles away and rain and 36 there. Supposed to warm to near 40/41 later, but interesting morning here.
katabatic
15.6 at midnight but 39.2 now. Was nearly 40 yesterday as well. Snowpack has really compacted in the last few days. Looks to be a decent shot tomorrow here with 6-8 or so. Getting things packed today to head up to NY's Tug Hill tomorrow to see if I can win at the LES chase.

LordBaltimore
snowpack in columbia starting to look rough. Guessing that most of the surviving pack by tomorrow morning will be in protected areas. On the bright side, whatever makes it through will be as legitimate of a snowpack as anything in New England, with frozen rainwater adding to liquid water content.
