frankly its the same snow hole @RevWarReenactor lives in, if its for the geographic reasons I suspect it extends NE right along the Bay then continues NE and links up with the Delaware Valley near the canal to the snowhole in SW NJ that I experienced first hand growing up.

Yeah it’s rough. I’ve accepted it for the most part. The only thing that grinds my gears is when it’s super pronounced. I think it was 2021 (?) when I measured ~30” at my then-girlfriend’s house in northern Harford while mby got like 12-13” for the season.

So when you measured at your girlfriends house you had 30”, and when you measured at home you had 12”. Why do you think that is?.

Thought topic for Commanders or Eagles fans... if the devil offered you a snowstorm or a super bowl win...how much snow would it take?  As an Eagles fan it would take a LOT of snow...but not saying there isn't a number.  Somewhere around 40" I might start to consider it...50 and I probably have to take the snow.

snow is personal. superbowls are just a thing. My kids can't run around in the lombardi.

According to the EPS it will be nice and cold and we will be tracking a possible snowfall threat as I watch the Eagles win the Super Bowl.

As long as we have some cold for the few days prior when we're at Wisp, I'll take a Birds Super Bowl as icing on the cake.

The last thing the nfl wants to see is Philly vs KC

It will be insufferable. Too much money lost if redskins and bills don’t make it.

Hopefully the nfl Gerald Riggs it for the redskins

Eagles fan here (if not like the fan I was as a kid)...a HECS, no doubt. I'd say that a 30" storm without dripping for at least three days afterwards would do it.

The anticipation and excitement of model runs as the day gets nearer and the elation while the dendrites are ripping just can't be beat! And then there's days of fun with family and neighbors and years of reminiscing. Yeah...I'd take that.

this says a lot if you're worried about having the NFL rig the game for you lol

BTW on a more serious note...your coach talking about hitting Hurts when the ref crew for the game had one of the highest rates of roughing the passer penalties wasn't that smart.  I am not saying there was actually anything wrong with what he said, I have no problem with it personally, its kinda DUH yea hit him if he is running...just saying that coming out with that when you have a league hell bend on protecting the QB and a ref team known for calling roughing calls a lot wasn't a genius move.  Sometimes its better to just keep it to yourself.

I think KC is getting their drawers blown off in this game unless Allen turns into prime January Philip Rivers out of nowhere.  I think KC -1.5 is about the biggest gift in a couple of months.  I'd be real surprised if they won this game or even were in it with 5-6 mins to go.  WSH may win too though I'd be sorta worried BUF/WSH would be like LA/SD from 1994.  Don't think this team is quite ready yet to hang with an offense that good in a game that big.

I don't get all the KC hate.  Compared to most other really good teams there is a lot less things about them to hate.  SF and New England back in the day were way more annoying IMO.

Just tired of seeing them win like I was tired of seeing the Giants and Patriots win in past years.

I am NOT discounting Washington possibly winning...they have a shot, they are playing really well.  But I am surprised by the amount of people thinking Washington is somehow "likely" to win.  They are on the road, v a team that was better in almost every advanced metric all season.   Also seeing way too much made of that 36-33 win when Hurts was out most of the game, their safety got ejected, they committed several bonehead out of character penalties, and their most sure handed receiver dropped an easy pass to ice the game.  Is that all really likely to happen again?  I think they have a fighting chance...I won't be shocked if they win...but some are acting like they SHOULD win.

Agree. Unnecessary comment but all qbs who go out the pocket are susceptible to big hits. He didn’t offer anything new

We have yet to see a fully healthy Jayden vs hurts but kelce said it best…the Eagles are better at every position but qb

On paper it’s an easy win for you. Congrats

The only team left in the playoffs that can beat the eagles is the Chiefs imo.

The eagles are so good at the other positions that they  don’t need their qb to be great.

The commanders barley beat a Philly team in the regular season without hurts while at home

I would take an entire winter without snow. 33 and rain, 15 and a strong high overhead, whatever… to have a superbowl win

I’m worried Jalen is hurt. Eagles need him to be able to run since he hasn’t been great as a passer this year. I’m a die hard birds fan but this game feels fishy. It’s gonna be tight I wouldn’t touch betting it

.

lol you will be fine. Barkey is the worse matchup for us in league history. If he went 200 against the rams twice lmao….yikes

Our only hope is that Jayden can keep you all offense off the field with long sustained drives but your defense has dominated him for 6 quarters this year
