Down to 2 this morning. A lot of the snow from last week actually sublimated away overnight from the windy and dry conditions. First time I’ve seen that occur at night time

Same here.  Must of been the high RH.

What an enjoyable winter weekend.  It was just a blast as we spent several hours on the lake.  There were a lot of people with snowmobiles, ice fishing and pick up hockey games.  Yep the ice was safe enough for the snowmobilers.   A wonderful weekend of hanging with the neighbors. :snowing:

Noticing quite a bit of sublimation in the farm fields this morning here. The high SLR snow definitely plays a part.

Sometimes living in town insulates a person from some real stuff. This afternoon I headed out with the camera to the countryside and found the blowing snow still causing a few minor headaches here and there. Coming over a rise you would come upon spots like this still fairly often...

Flurries and falling temps today. 3 inch snowcover in place. Zzz but Definitely winter. I wonder if Great Lakes ice cover peaks above avg this year?

I believe we will but we'll see.  We have about 6" on the ground here.  We have been getting ~1" or so every day after Friday's event. Been loving it here talking a daily Jeb walk with the dog on the ice!!
