almost dead on average for JFK

this is actually nice to see after the last couple of winters

in the ENSO thread someone from Philly said it was their coldest January since 2014 and coldest month since February 2015?

Don as far as I'm concerned it's tied the record at NYC too, 0.58 and 0.61 both round to 0.6, so it's practically the same (plus it's within the margin of error, not sure how accurate measurements to a hundredth of an inch are.)
