12/20-21 Clipper/Coastal Nowcast and Obs

Ended up with easily (almost) a tenth of an inch from this last night.  You could still see some of the individual flakes doing their best to avoid touching each other on our porch roof this morning.  Completely gone by early afternoon and I question if it actually even happened.

Nantucket had 3 fucking inches?? Time to wrap Christmas lights around me as I take a bath.

Definitely around 7 inches near MQE area at 200-300 feet . Around 5 here closer to lower mills at ~ 100 feet. Looked like 2/3 Quincy and Braintree area and basically 0 once you cross the fore river bridge.

[40/70 Benchmark]

Forecast for Friday missed the 3-6"+ enhanced area along the north shore and into Boston, as well as the 1-3" over the cape and islands. Just didn't have the time or will to update the original map as the forecast shifted late in the game, but it is what it is.
