Lol... Just having a bit of holiday fun, Kev.  I never doubted you...  I know you take your snow seriously... And actually had others in that general area northeast into Stafford report the same amount.  If I was really busting you I would have posted that you sawed the rule off at the 1" mark; lol. If we don't chat again soon, have a great holiday and get ready for a fun January...

Lol .. well I’ve been forced over the years to post measurement pictures and even when I do .. somehow I’m still lying . I don’t know what else I can do . I guess this area got lucky with the banding today . Still coming down nicely . How much out your way?

Never take measurement comments seriously.  I assume the vast majority of them are made good heartedly... As was mine.  You did sit in one of the better thin bands as good lift crossed your area.  My grandkids on the Cape are elated to see the current snow pounding down.

Really ripping again here.  Must be close to 6" now.

Yeah I’m not even in the meat of this stuff and it’s actually snowing really good here with good snow growth. I wouldn’t call it moderate but solid 3/4-1 mile SN-….it must be pounding in that stuff just east of me. I also might be getting a little bit of drift under the beam with the LLJ out of the east.

Nice! Hope they can enjoy . Doesn’t snow much there anymore. Looking at radar , maybe we can end up with 3-4” when it finally ends tomorrow

My aunt is in Yarmouthport on the Cape.  Almost 2 on the ground.  She just told me it's supposed to turn back over to rain.  Not sure where she's getting that from, but I doubt it.

Thanks for that radar pic.  It really shows that strong band right over me.

It will only turn over to rain if it lightens up a lot. But anything that’s worth following on radar there will stay as snow until the end.
