Ticking down towards a dry mild spring hopefully.  :D

I am rooting for an early and warm spring at this point, unfortunately that probably won't happen.

We'll probably enter a pattern second half of February and March that elicits, "if only we had this 4-6 weeks ago" while NNE is getting pounded and everyone else is in misery with cold rain or a sloppy mess

Cape Neddick, we finalized the plans last week, but we have to wait for spring to get the foundation in. So far things having been going smoothly but I always expect a hiccup having a house built.

Nice area, Congrats.

I'd be happy with an inch or two.

I would also if we mustered up any retention with the current “pack” and refreshed it, however I believe much of it is gone by the time whatever this is arrives.

Cause electric bill?

Indeed. 17k btu propane heater + 2kw of electric heat and circulation fans/accessories.

I did spend a LOT of time insulating things and plugging air leaks. Had the propane tanks filled in October and it looks like they will last until the first week of Feb, which is actually a lot longer than I expected.

Jack up the prices for when it’s biker season.

I prefer to brutalize the Chris Stapleton fans.  Every time he comes to Meadowbrook for 3 nights I know I'll be flying first class when summer ends. You can charge them literally anything.

The lake is freezing over really well. You’re a rad pit until April now.

I need to drive a salt truck down the channel and get things opened back up :(
