I thought we had a squall this afternoon but it was just the wind blowing snow off the trees. Almost froze my fingers off snow blowing, need to get a blower with heated hand grips.

I’ve been using my battery powered snowblower this winter.  Three smallish events.    I’m still curious to how well it handles a big meaty pack.
so far so good.     They do make models with heated grips but I didn’t spend that much.

Considering one. Which one did you get, and how big is your driveway?

I got an Ego 24" dual stage model ($1300? at Lowes).  Driveway is 100' long or so...It gets wide near my garage,

Used up 60% of the twin batteries doing it and my walkway.  I would guess a bigger/heavier storm would drain them completely but I have additional batteries.  It sadly hasn't been really tested yet.   All of my events have been powdery

If I could afford it, I would have gotten the next model up which has steering more like my old gas powered one. The 28" model might also be good, but that one is $$$
