ROOSTA
It's always the next run or the other model. The "fix" is never satisfied. It all a tease. Could get a 3-footer and still looking for the next.... If you want to OD move to AK or the Canadian Rockies.
Hazey
GFS has not been good with this system. It's been all over the map. Not my go to for this storm. It's becoming an outlier. Keep the faith.
CoastalWx
Canadian was 3-4 spot 5 or so region wide. Couple on the Cape. Sort of from an inv look for the second half that gets further east. I wish the GFS showed that vs Canadian.

Is that fair?

Yes sir..another over performer. 2.5” this morning.(Girlfriend says 3” when she went to work at 6:45..but I’ll stay with the 2.5” lol). 5.5” on the month/season…not to shabby so far.

Although not often that we get something which is splitting hairs already. Or not it's even going to hit, it does happen from time to time. If there's ever a time for this to happen, it is now ( that is us getting a hit ).
ORH_wxman
Every piece of guidance sans GFS is significantly better than 00z. Still needs more work though on most of these solutions. We haven’t been able to get a consistently positive trend for multiple cycles in a row though which is what this system needs. The euro also needs to come in better I think for me to really entertain this being still in play on the 00z guidance. When I say “in play”, I mean for something that’s at least 4”+….a C-2” deal isn’t what I’m discussing.
