I think it may be tough to scour out the cold there? Truthfully, I'm not totally familiar with the wind climo there. If you can get into the 50s, probably gusts 35-40.

thinking 45 to 50 here but hoping for higher

Probably being conservative for now. 48 hrs+ out is pretty good for a watch.
