No, you’ll get some good Gusts I just think the core of the stuff keeps sort of sliding east.  Even here it’s looking close. Unless hrrr is off.

That's what I am wondering too but it's kind to decipher. I mean looking at mesoanalysis it's possible the HRRR is too aggressive with how far east the core of the LLJ goes. I do think it will be east but not to the extent the HRRR has. Plus, even know the core is a bit east we still get decent winds back to the CT River

In today's hot market sellers likely aren't going to agree to that...

In your area and mine yes, off the so called beaten path I’m not sure.  In any case Paul’s idea of finding a place where cutting isn’t necessary is probably best if it can happen.

Little chance of the high wind warning verifying here if the HRRR is right , and if things don’t start picking up soon. As someone others have said I think the last second trend east has made this more of an eastern New England deal.

18z HRRR heading even further east

Sprinkling lightly here at about 35 degrees, snow pack has been resilient so far with the freezing rain layer from earlier, now hoping we get the dry slot of the century and we might actually have a couple inches when I wake up tomorrow still, but I know that's just a pipe dream... Just don't flood like last year and I'll take that as a win currently.

Yup, this is toast for most in CT, except maybe far SE areas.
