Nothing really on radar, but it's been snowing here for about two hours now with a fresh coating on all surfaces. Ruin
the point I always try to make is how bad the models are. yesterday the temp for sunday was forecasted to be in the upper 30s now the same day in the mid 50s? in the span of one day it changes that much? this is where my negativity and frustration comes into play. Ive never attacked any one on here either so if you feel that way im sorry I didnt mean for that. I simply hate the fact these models are so bad in the year 2025 and they are not getting any better. They felt way more accurate when I was a kid.

canderson
Today was one of the most beautiful winter days I’ve ever experienced. It snowed for 11 hours straight, the trees are caked in snow, and it was a low ceiling. A+. 3 1

The atmosphere has so many variables and that makes it impossible to be 100% correct.

I don't necessarily know that Kevin is correct, but the forums' lack of ability to handle criticism of the models is actually quite telling. mahantango#1
Every time we look at model runs the day before a snow event...the NWS comes along an ruins the party. This seems to be true this month.
