Here in Carlisle, just before 4:00pm it is snowing lightly and very steadily.  Intensity hasn't budged over the past hour and the flakes remain rather fine.  Current temp is down to 28.4 degrees with a dew point of 26.  Probably not much more room left to drop unless rates really pick up.  On my board I just measured 0.2" of new snow for a storm total of 0.2".  Waiting to see what happens during the next hour and if any of the heavy stuff south of me in Adams/Franklin makes its way up here.

18Z Icon has 3-4 additional inches Harrisburg and south....just for fun.   This includes snow into tomorrow AM daylight.   A nice band sets up over South PA after midnight.

Good news because radar looks like carp as DT would say.

This is all basically bonus snow IMO.  We are not getting 2-4 or 3-6 without some influence overnight from the low as it passes by to the SE.   If the current radar is the entire system and snow moves out soon,  then yea, this is a bust.   MU is talking about snow really getting going around 6 and it is laying down hard in Southern Lanco since 3.

Freshly minted - an all rain storm this weekend with temps potentially reaching the 60s on Sunday, and then it's time to buckle up:

Personally I would rather get ejaculated through the windshield then get constantly strangled to death by a defective seat belt .

Looks like snow developing in Southern Ohio and N WV will be aimed at us.
