Just was at the Leesburg farmer market and it was cold. Windy. Saw clouds with snow falling to the south and west.

Driving on the ICC this morning I was surprised to see snow on the shoulders and exit ramps from ~MM 8-13

Yeesh looks like cold with heavy snow and wind near DCL.

Down to 15 with SN-.  It’s been snowing lightly/moderately for basically the entire afternoon/evening, with heavy snow in some bands.

DCA still hit 40F this afternoon.  Tomorrow should be the first sub-40F high of the season.
