The Lamar MVP talk can end now. Focus on playing well enough to get to the playoffs with a little momentum.

And again, where is Keaton Mitchell? Did he have a setback or something?

Apparently inactive for the game.  Ravens have 3 RBs ahead of him

I keep hearing folks say the Ravens are a top-tier and Super Bowl-worthy team.

IMO they are neither and that’s been my position all season. They may be playoff-bound/worthy but as they say, the really good teams find a way to win.  The Ravens find ways to lose. They have rarely put together 3+ good quarters in any one game.  Last week they did; but generally they don’t.

Lamar MVP talk was ridiculous. So many better QBs in a big game.

7 points would have helped in a loss by 5

And 6 in a loss by 2 to the Steelers. He is probably the worst kicker in the NFL at this juncture. Crazy to say it.

The offense has been humbled. They cant score 4 TDs on the best defenses. Gotta have a reliable kicker.

Tucker absolutely killed this teams mojo today. That kind of stuff is not only mentally taxing on a kicker, but the entire team. And since it keeps happening, it’s becoming a chronic concern. Will likely cost us any chance at a deep playoff run and we have no chance of a SB unless he rights the ship in a hurry. Sad to say

So much of this is terrible coaching. We have an amazing roster and put up these pathetic performances too often. It all starts with the HC.

Also hate to be this guy, but Lamar vs these high level defenses is pretty much historically relevant at this point. He missed open targets throwing and just not looking their direction. The Likely miss was probably on Likely himself running an out instead of an out and up given the ball placement. Zay was pissed on the sideline multiple times because he was open and never saw the ball. Lamar is absolutely insane when it comes to talent, but he gets too upset at himself and it costs him focus. He needs to take a chill pill and just move on.

Happy with the way the defense played tonight, for the most part. I think they were mentally taxed with everything that unfolded as well with the offense sputtering deep in Eagles territory, and the Tucker misses. Tough loss but have to regroup.

They can now limp into their bye week, with lots to figure out. Starting with the kicking situation.

Harbaugh is terrible, but he isn't going anywhere unfortunately. Why was Keaton Mitchell inactive? He is an explosive playmaker that would put pressure on the defense and probably open up some bigger runs for Henry. Looks like Bateman might be out with a knee- he just cant stay healthy unfortunately. They have the Giants next- they better put a beat down on a hapless team coming out of a bye, well rested, after a terrible loss.

I think they only had 1 fake hand off to Henry where Lamar ran it. Like I said, the new NFL playoff bracket makes a potential injury the greater variable. They should realistically be running Lamar 10+ times per game. And Lamar is still the front runner for MVP, 30 TDs and 3 INTs, 600+ yds rushing. I think this is a good team, the defense has gotten better as the season went on.  It looks like they will end the season with 9/17 regular season games played being against playoff teams. 10/17 if TB makes it, and that doesn't even include the Bengals 2x and Cowboys who were tough at the time.

Chuck and ji's take on winter... two guys standing in line at the carving station at Golden Corral letting off massive fart bombs...all of the sudden the ham and roast beef don't look so good

When we make it Christmas without snow you'll be saying "Chuck's science was right".

The FO and HC are in over their head. Letting Zeitler go and not reinforcing the O-Line is criminal. Letting KC take D Hopkins and picking up Johnson, who has been a ghost. Sticking with Tucker even though this is the 2nd season of decline. Same with our mediocre kicker Stout. Where's Ben Cleveland? Where's Keaton Mitchell?

I'm glad the defense made changes and looks a lot better, but why did it take 10 games to figure that out? All of us guys at the end of the bar knew Williams and Jackson were playing terrible. Lot of money tied up on guys riding the pine.

On offense, Henry never gets into a rhythm. He runs once and is then out. Either Lamar or the coaches have removed his dual threat running ability. He almost never scrambles and I don't think hes hurt. He broke off a 50+ yd run during garbage time last night. Our stubborn HC keeps trotting Tucker out there for 50+ FGs. Get a clue. On 3rd and 7 you need to call two plays to get a first down, not expect Tucker to hit a long one.

I also don't buy "saving it for the playoffs". You can't just change it up without in game experience. Making the playoffs isn't even that special anymore. 7/16 get in. With the raw talent on this team we should be in the AFCCG but I don't see that happening.

Man how is today Harbaugh's fault? Teams go through ups and downs during a season. Defense struggled mightily early in the year, now they're figuring it out and starting to play much better. But now the offense has hit a bump they gotta work through--it's all about putting it together at the right time.

For Tucker, his history earned him the right to have a long leash--now yes, this HAS to be the end of it, but Harbs wasn't wrong to give him as long as possible to figure it out.

On Keaton Mitchell: A RB coming back late in the season off an ACL tear you can't expect to be full speed (to my eyes he didn't seem all the way back yet, but who knows) And...we don't know how he's feeling after the first few weeks. Decisions like that are difficult to criticize because we aren't in practice or the locker room...we legit don't know.

And btw, for a thing that's definitely on Harbs that got better: Did you notice how few penalties we got? I counted 3 for maybe 15-20 yards (just eyeballing). That got much better.

And overall for Harbaugh, remember: Harbaugh at the most has one more year, and he's gonna be out. And depending on how this season goes, they may make a decision sooner than that--I can't see them extending him at this point. Hey...maybe he can announce his retirement and we send him off the right way
