Although there’s been warm ups mixed in, at least December has felt like a winter month this year. Winter feels short when December is an extension of November.

Not setting any records (imby), but yeah, it's been cold with at least some snow cover 24 days since the arctic intrusion at Thanksgiving. And I have 5-5 1/2" depth for my Whitest Christmas in 7 yrs. Hard to complain with this past decade of duds.

Winter wonderland right now. Close to 4" so far. Should certainly make for a white Christmas.

Awesome.  Was hoping for a bit more snow then the ice/sleet we got here as some of the models showed.  It will be a White Christmas here (yours a bit whiter ) .

Yeah the WAA moved in quicker than modeled. Even areas close to the lake here switched to rain or mixing. But glad its a White Christmas. Our first since 2020.

Merry Christmas :snowman:

In Woodbridge, just north of Toronto proper. Including last night's storm, I'm at 11.8" for the season. YYZ is at 8.7".

Cool, i am in York Mills, just moved here recently from Hamilton, is there a place where i can find snow totals for North York for this season?

Yesterday looked to be the last time for any sunshine for the year. Suicide weather on this Christmas Eve today, light rain for Christmas tomorrow. Christmas Eve today kicks off what potentially looks to be a with a long overcast stretch lasting through the remainder of the month and through the beginning of the new year, likely reminiscent of the late January 2024 overcast stretch that occurred earlier this year.
