Not far from being in the game up here and I bet the flow keeps it snowy most of the weekend into next week for us. 3-6 would be a game changer for opening weekend conditions. HIPPYVALLEY
I think anybody south of the Vermont border is cooked in terms of accumulating snow. Especially if this comes in a little weaker than modeled.
wxeyeNH
Looks like the Euro will end up being the winner. Snuffed out a stronger storm well before GFS came on board. My neighbors up here on my hill better get those turkeys cooked fast. Looks like quite the birch bender for me. This kind of SWFE/Nor'easters give me the biggest snow as the low isn't so strong that it down slopes me off the Whites. I will post obs tomorrow. Snow stake is in and ready to go! Happy Thanksgiving to all 2 1

Happy Thanksgiving to all Your obs to MarkO will be interesting. It's possible the best goods may be just to the north, but I think you guys are in a good spot. Same with some of the fellow VT peeps at a similar latitude or just WSW. Maybe even PF?
MarkO
Gene and I typically have similar conditions and seasonal totals. But there are times when I'm getting rain, and he's still dumping snow and vice versa. I believe our elevations are pretty similar.

MarkO
Speaking of ski areas, was planning to ski Watervillle, but got word they were only going to have two lifts open up top and downloading on the 6-seat Tecumseh Express. I told one of the employees if they end up with a foot of snow, you can expect skiers to be ducking ropes and skiing to the bottom.
