Wish I were there...camera on the house in Jackson, NH.  1410'.  This was about 3 hours ago. The caretaker said he shoveled earlier, but I'm not sure.

32.4F  Last drops of flakes ending a some sprinkles.  There was a bit more snow after this picture so I'll call it 11".  This certainly was a birch bender.  Seems like lots of tree damage.  No power.  About 1/2 our town is out.  Hills above me got over a foot.

Now that’s some damage . So jealous

Just got to Pit 2 and have some flakes.  I'll call that a victory.

Left Marblehead at 6:00 with the temp at 46*. 

Temp dropped to 39 as I crossed from Portsmouth into Maine

Snow mixed in with the rain at PWM at 36*

All snow in Yarmouth, 295 and rte 1 all very slushy.

Yes, SLP is deepening off the Maine Coast, Its down to 992mb.

Don't be too jealous.  I live on a dead end dirt road high on a hill.  We are totally cut off right now from what i understand.  A large oak fell across our road so about 10 houses have no way to get off the hill.  I guess State Police have been called.  Our highway department has only 2 guys in their 60s so this will be interesting to see how this plays out.

My wife had a bit of melting too, when the power went out at her parents' and they found out that the propane company had skipped their last delivery and the generator didn't run.

This crap is a biatch to clear after getting a melted layer near the ground that refroze. Tried to shovel a bit where we walk more but will probably snowblow the rest. O/U on broken shear pins is 3.

Damn plow driver took out my mailbox/post. Guy was 2ft off the road pushing it back like it was midwinter.
