Temp dropped to 39 as I crossed from Portsmouth into Maine Snow mixed in with the rain at PWM at 36* All snow in Yarmouth, 295 and rte 1 all very slushy. We are totally cut off right now from what i understand. A large oak fell across our road so about 10 houses have no way to get off the hill. I guess State Police have been called.
