That look like we'll be screwed even up here? We're debating bringing the groomer out Sunday, right now plan is sleds and saws to pack and open stuff

The models are really fighting any kind of persistent western trough. They keep trying to go back to a more Nino type look with some semblance of an Aleutian low and ridging across western North America.

Damage In Tolland
That sneaky high next week to the north over E Canada might thwart the 50’s and 60’s progged. That reeks of being tough to dislodge and we end up with clouds and 40’s

mahk_webstah
The sense I’m getting is that there’s nothing to extreme coming in the next few weeks. A complicated system with chances of snow and ice and rain from Sunday through Tuesday or Wednesday. A quick cooldown and then a warm-up for a bit. But the cold air source never really goes away. Then some decent signs that it turns colder with a ridge on the West Coast in the last week of the month. It doesn’t sound too bad.
