You don’t need any advice from me, but some of the best words ever spoken to me were “life is short, youth is shorter”. We all kid but our lifestyles catch up with us one way or another. I think 3 or 4 years ago I joined MDVIP program. Insurance doesn't cover this and it's expensive (like $550 every 3 months) but I love the doctor and the program and with the costs this allows for additional testing with blood work and and reduced cost for various tests. Doctor is great...yearly physical consists of two separate appointments. One is blood work then its about 90 minute exam with the doctor's aid...EKG, eye test, hearing test, grip strength test, lung capacity test, etc. Then in two weeks you visit with the doctor and he spends about 30 minutes going over the blood work results and comparing results to the previous years then he does his physical. I am at risk for heart disease when I am older...it runs rampant in my family and I did this CIMP test when looks at the size of your veins and arteries which can be a good indicator of the potential for bad cholesterol to build over time. My latest test this year had improved results from the year prior and this was a product of changing diet. I had to retire because of inability to walk or commute to work. My parents passed, bookended Mom in Dec and Dad in January. So, I moved to FL to start over. One day I had a podiatrist tell me I had circulation issues. A sore, an ulcer on my big toe. Long story short version- triple by-pass, a dozen stints, developed neuropathy in both legs, clots everywhere. I lost 140lbs. I was skin and bones coming in at 120lbs. My last visit to the hospital was due to DVT. Talk about painful OMG. Doctors stated I was terminal and that I ran out of procedures, no more surgeries and that the clots are going to kill me. Let’s get an 1899 cold blast to bring some flakes to your backyard! ..and that doesn't require going to a gym. All it takes takes it are weights/exercise bands and an exercise bike at home. It's a good example of the absolutely insane way the computer tries to put our forecast to text (remember I can't control what the P&C says beyond drawing the forecast). You're forecast is roughly 1.4 inches, so it reads that as 1-3 inches even though 3 inches is unlikely. It also says rain and snow before 3 am, when the predominate weather during that period is slight chance of rain and definite snow.
