Where's Pit 1 and where's Pit 2, this house looks like Pit1 but not sure how you're designating each house.

I'm surmising the original pit in GC. Pit1 is in Westborough and Pit2 is coastal SE ME. Mike do I have that right?

UnitedWx
It's about that time for the next roll of the dice from the GFS. The Euro has what looks like an inverted trough feature on the 21st but the low pressure is far offshore
Spaizzo
Do we have anything really happening tonight in ct? Alexa alerted us to a weather advisory and my kids excited for a delay lol. I said I think it’s gonna rain .

The picture was Pit1 in Shelburne. Pit1 is now in westborough (though my wife wants to move to the Cape). Pit2 is up in Bath, ME. I'm up there every chance I get, and I can't wait to retire/semi-retire and get up there full time.

In the top is the Jan 29/30 2022 blizzard. the bottom one was from Valentine’s Day 2017. I think this was after the 3rd storm in like 10 days. IIRC we were in store for another 10” that night. I think we had like 50” in 7-10 days. Epic.

Been a boring stretch for Tip’s dopamine hit. Maybe some snow coming late week from your area up through here? Nothing big though. Best case is a solid freshening of the snowpack.
