It has been very odd. Suppression with no nor’easters

I'm sitting at 4.7 in NYC right now. The south has more snow than me.

I should tack on a few inches tomorrow and hopefully more this upcoming week but it sucks seeing the south seeing all the snow.

If the judging of winter is based off of how many fantasy storms are on the models then we would almost never have a bad winter. lol

Haha I was implying there's nothing worth tracking in the foreseeable future for any of us in the sub. And that's on top of going half the winter without anything either. It's just endless cold and occasional 1-3" clippers.

I've heard those spring lake breezes in Chicago are awesome

Whether it snows good in April or not, the wild up and down from tastes of summer to tastes of winter and back againwill surprise him.

Looking much more active for this region as the jet stream lifts north to end January into February. Let's see if it actually pans out

Was so hopeful a Lions run at the Superbowl would tide us over until February to see if that month showed up as the rest of January apparently won't. Now, with last night's fiasco upset, I'm about ready to just concede this winter may be nothing more than we've already seen. Meager snows and melt-downs mixed in.

From your perspective, which loss hurt the worst?

Last year's NFCCG or last night's Divisional game?
