I think even Kentucky gets more yearly snow than us now lol.

buckeye
the difference between the euro and gfs is crazy. Unfortunately the euro team also has the uk on it's side. The gem kinda splits the diff. So, does the gfs ever win a battle like this inside 60 hours or is it ALWAYS the euro?

So you’re saying there’s a chance! LOL I really hate myself for being this into snow. I often think how/why/when this passion started. I have yet to figure it out. I will say it is therapeutic getting on here to banter & chat about it. So thanks to you all! And I just want one big one for my 12 year old to experience. You would have thought we had a blizzard overnight with that 1 inch. He came down so excited! I don’t think he’s ever seen a single snowfall over 5 inches! She’s so curious and excited about everything…she’ll be fun to watch. Although at this point she might be 15 by the time she sees her first big snow if her mom and dad stay in Columbus. 3

I don’t think he’s ever seen a single snowfall over 5 inches! Childhood. You, like me, probably always went out and sled rode, snowball fights, etc. We had a huge hill and lots of towns kids would go meet up there and go sledding. I remember being in 3rd and 4th grade, my teacher Mr. Vipperman would call my house to ask if we were gonna have snow. I've tortured myself with this since 9 years old lol. I'm 41 on the 10th. My son will be 10 the 8th and my daughter just turned 9, the most snow they've seen was Christmas Eve 2020 we got 7" so they were 5 and 6 at the time.

Been chasing it ever since. Finally thinking about moving to Colorado, where one of my 3 adult children just moved. wxdudemike
Not that I give it much weight but the graphcast AI GFS at 12z run is actually more in the euro camp albeit a little juicier. Is that a tell? Guess we'll find out in 24-36 hours ..feels like NAM and GFS tonight are just simply far too juicy on qpf even if they have the track right.
