Of all of our dumb penalties, here's the one that I understand the least: Ineligible man downfield. Why the heck can't our O-lineman stay where they're supposed to stay? I mean dang it's at least one per game with that specifically, smh

Definitely a league focus this year. The problem is ussually when the plays timing is a little off.  It's not just the Ravens. It's everywhere.

Come on dude. They are the most penalized team in the league.

That is true. But that's not a Tomlin vs Harbs thing...we've been bad with penalties all year, lol I don't know how well you quantify that though (I do wonder what coaches tell teams to not be penalized)

And what the hell was supposed to happen on that 2 point conversion attempt? That was a disorganized mess.

I think the commentator was correct. There was supposed to be a receiver on that side for Lamar to throw to. And there just wasn’t…

More a Lamar in a big game thing. He’s shrinks when the spotlight gets brighter. He’s nowhere near in the same league as Mahones or Allen.

Didn't like the way the play flowed towards one side. Limits the options. Drop back and let Lamar scramble to buy time if needed. Maybe they should have just let Henry try to slam it in there.

They’re going to make the playoffs. That’s almost certain. But they can’t beat Pittsburgh or KC, so…

Mid-December on can be a different animal. We just have to see if it all comes together at the right time (and I argue that we were close enough to beating KC Week 1 that we have a legit chance).

Get the defense to play to the respectable level they did today, you know the O will bounce back...the ingredients are there, and for me that's enough not to count us out even against PIT and KC. Good but messy Ravens teams have a funny way of surprsing sometimes.

I would have at least like to see Henry on the field there. Gives defense more to think about.

Despite all the offensive failures, they win the game if Tucker doesn’t miss. Very rare he’s ever cost them a win. I’ve seen people speculating that Stout is a bad holder, but I have no way to evaluate that.

Uh...yes, he is. Particularly this year: Did he not lead this team back both times against Cincinnati? And you can argue a toe away from beating KC. He is playing better than Mahomes statisticaly this year, and he beat Josh Allen in primetime (literal bright lights). So he is absolutely up there with them overall.

Now...as far as playoffs? Yes he's gonna have to wear that criticism until he gets over that hump--the same way Peyton Manning had to before the 2006 season.

Yeah I saw that too. No idea. If that was the case, it would seem fixable one way or another.

Doesn't seem like Harbaugh thinks the hold is an issue..

To me Henry wasn't a good option there because they had been stuffing him all day.

Somebody was supposed to be in the end zone there...you could see Lamar looking as if that was the case.

I get that, but the play has him running left towards the sideline- even if a receiver was in that spot, if there was good coverage then what? I'm sure the Steelers love seeing Lamar running parallel to the goal line with the pursuit they have. The play design was crap.

As they say, the really good teams find a way to win. Ravens easily could have a losing record at this point.  I’ve observed 1 game this year where they played reasonably well start to finish.

Maybe they are playoff-worthy. But no team loses more in the final two minutes than the Ravens. Super Bowl?  They don’t deserve it.

Ravens outgained the Steelers and exhibited a defense that bent, but did not really break.  However, as frequently happens, the Ravens beat themselves (this time with missed field goals, penalties, and very costly turnovers).  I don’t know if it’s the coaching, talent, or poor practice routines.   Really good teams don’t beat themselves.

A KC win potentially helps the Ravens with playoff seeding as they have the tiebreaker over Buffalo. Ravens aren't going to end up with a better record than the Chiefs.

Ravens have a lot to clean up. Right now I would predict they end up 10-7, maybe 11-6.

Agree that it’s all about the playoffs. The narrative on Lamar won’t change until January.
