But you'll need elevation for sure. Such a marginal airmass. Who moves to Vermont then picks a place at 285'? This guy. I know that in W MA it’s much cheaper to buy the houses that are under 800’ feet elevation. The hill town real estate is spendy. We have snow loving friends who were choosing between a house at 600’ in Shelburne and 900’ in Heath a few years ago. They went with the Shelburne house which was nicer and about 40k less. They regret their decision. Lol. It’s amazing how much that 300 feet of difference makes with regards to snow.

Really hoping we don't get more than 2 or 3 inches so the ground can freeze early next week, but it is what it is. We're about ready to go for our trails except one last bridge that we need to haul material in with the groomer anyways

Not mention *just glares at the Vermont housing situation* the fact we got an apartment for the rent we are paying is a blessing Sent from my SM-S146VL using Tapatalk

A lot of the police and fire departments in Southern Vermont are short staffed because nobody can afford to move there. Same with Northampton. Kitchen in the secondary restaurant up there, The Waffle. It’s all concrete around that space which contained it to like a 20’ x 20’ space and it snuffed itself out when crews reached it via snowcat. Thats what I gathered listening to the radio and Lamoille Dispatch.

That sounds like what my line of thinking was going along, if that air mass was better 10:1 definitely but we got to see just how much colder that treands towards go-time, small improvement already but still a bit to goSent from my SM-S146VL using Tapatalk
