These things are producing multivortice tornadoes that are prominent in land-based severe weather outbreaks.  The windshear from the main cycle along with the trough in the jet stream are causing a major enhancement of these supercells that they are mimicing their land-based cyclonic cousins in major severe weather episodes.  This is a true tornado outbreak along with a landfalling major hurricane...!

Another confirmed tornado passing through Alligator Alley in the Everglades. I'm sure FDOT Traffic cameras along I-75 has documented this tornado.

           damage is likely.

  Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, and White City
  around 540 PM EDT.
  Fort Pierce Inlet around 550 PM EDT.
  Queens Cove around 600 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Fort
Pierce Ocean Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to an
interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid
windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move
to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself from flying
debris.
