Probably going to only order 2 pallets of pellets versus the usual 3 because I’m making it so far into this fall with the leftovers from last year.

Have 4 but like you only lit 2 times for a couple days.

Last night was the first time I ran it overnight and I probably could’ve gone without it considering it hung around 27-32° all night.

Quite the temperature gradient along the warm front too.  The warm air is getting blocked by the spine of the Green Mtns currently... but it'll pour over the hills and through the gaps soon enough.  We all go into the 60s and 70s the next two days.

Why does Phil keep posting sad emojis? Enjoy it. Record highs possible tomorrow.  At least we know this weather overachieves compared to winter.

Its Fall! Happy to see a bit of rainfall, but ready for cooler/colder temps. Enjoy the possible record temps Thursday.....

Last night's deluge brought me up to .44" for the month.  Windham county stats show .47" average precip in Oct 1935 and .26" in Oct 1924, so not a record breaker, but close enough.  Things are very crispy around here.

Don’t you manage a landscape/snow removal business?

I mean, I get it ….if that’s the case.

I always have been a fan of cold weather even at 61 years old, we do commercial snow(we are paid on a few contracts whether or not it snows, which seems to be a win win for me lately in Southern NH past few years)

I enjoy all seasons to a point, just want to move on to the next season, I know there are a lot of "warm weather" people here, so enjoy.

Looks like we may wedge all day up here. I’m just going to give Kevin his +1 now.

starting out wedged here for that matter.   fog/cool/mist misery looks 0 like the modeled synoptics blasting a warm boundary through with light wsw by now.

of course wpc has the warm front thru the region too, which only adds mockery to the face smacking...

this ...this is what winter may be like folks.   eventually, this cc shit's going to demo for you that it is real whether you wanna believe it or not.

but the sun at this time of year is just too feeble to lend a hand.  in mid apr, this gossamer sfc to 1200' of sewer air would be thermally annihilated by 9:30 but this twilight end of solar calendar? heh, it's like it may as well have not risen at all.
