The weather brought everyone out… Stowe throws a party in the village. Shuts down the busy RT 100 every Thanksgiving to give the locals a place to gather and for the kids to trick or treat. The homes and businesses put on a show. Up in these parts, most kids don’t live in traditional neighborhoods… things are more spread out.
