wncsnow
Seems like the snow that pushed through earlier was some sort of boundary. Its pushed through McDowell and the ceiling raised right up.

Tyler Penland
Absolutely crazy to see what's going on on the gulf coast. We hit 2.5 this morning for the coldest of the season so far. Tried to hike over in east TN today and the Gentry Creek Falls area is absolutely devastated. Pic below is where I turned around but the rest of the trail was about the same.

gopack42
My thermometer just fell to 0 degrees, so I guess that's something. One of the rare times I wish I was at my previous home in Emerald Isle lol
WxKnurd
Well since the Gulf Coast has topped and just about doubled any single storm total I’ve had the past 3 years, I think it’s only fair for a mountain and foothill crusher between now and April. Just incredible weather day down there and overnight now for our coastal fellows. 3

NavarreDon
Good morning from the Panhandle of Florida Mnt & Foothill Peeps, we ended the event with 7.75” of snow & some drifts upwards of 16”. It’s currently 16 degrees. This has truly been a historic storm down this way. Records have been shattered from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. Thank you for letting me share my excitement in your thread!!!.
