D2 Takes over much of Lanco.  Marysville defenses cant keep out D1.    The amount of rain on the 10 day GFS will not do much to change these.

Northeast Drought Summary

Temperatures were generally 3-6 degrees above normal for much of the Northeast. Dryness continued, with only some portions of northern New York, New Hampshire, and Vermont recording near-normal precipitation. With the continued dryness, drought issues continue to develop, with abnormally dry conditions spreading through much of New York, Pennsylvania and more of New England. Moderate and severe drought conditions spread over more of eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and eastern Maryland, with extreme drought conditions emerging in southern New Jersey.

@MUweather

Today marks 33 consecutive days without measurable rain at @millersvilleu... the longest streak on record since 1914. So, it's no surprise that this week's Drought Monitor update shows a vast expansion of moderate-to-severe drought conditions across the mid-Atlantic States.

Driving home from Pittsburgh that day - would not surprise me.

Finally some digital blue. The lack of fantasy snow and endless golf weather here had me worried :snowman:

LMAO. I've got weeks of solid AC ahead!

Last winter's heating season my heat ran on or part of just 22 days.

Ha! I really should have turned it back on but I got lazy and then it got nice but the last three days really ramped up the heat. We leave for Boston tomorrow early so it's fine I guess for one more night .....

Remember, I’m officially now on “team drought”!

Hopefully we come out of it in the form of snow once the pattern eventually changes.

Marysville has remained silent recently. They must be real busy bucketing water out of the Susquehanna River, thus no time to get on the forum.

I think that I see more rocks than water in the river from my vantage point!

I have been enjoying the warm weather & resting up for the upcoming snow map season.
