Braves up 3-0 in the 8th? Eh no sweat...Mets hang a 6 spot to go up 6-3. Demoralizing for the Braves...eh, they come back and hang a 4 spot in the bottom of the 8th. 7-6 Atlanta. Surely, the Mets are crushed...eh, Lindor hits a 2-run jack in the 9th, 8-7 Metropolitans. Diaz somehow navigates the bottom of the 9th, Mets are officially in. Braves must win game 2 or it'll be New York and Arizona who advance today.

I need a Michael Harris jack to win my fantasy championship.

An absolute travesty that he’s not in the Hall. A hill I will die on.

Yea, I agree but maybe a softer stance and say I think he should be.  Other HOF'ers with questionable parts to their careers.

Hall of Famer on the field. Not a Roberto Clemente award contender. As a diehard baseball fan I'm honestly embarrassed Pete Rose is not in the HOF. Travesty is right.

The radar looks almost the same as it did last night. That CPA rain shield just can't seem to move east...

Some models try to sneak some sun in on Thursday.   Some like the HRRR suggest clouds hang tough Thursday especially East.

Outside our area, still a hodge podge of solutions and risks in the Gulf the next 7-9 days.

Sept at MDT came in quite close to even with it just being .2 AN.

What is this thing you call the sun??? lol

I know where it is. I left it out in Arizona, where October starts out with a high temp of 110 today.

Truly historic warmth in the Commonwealth. Hard to imagine anything warmer than this in western and central Pennsylvania. That 55.6F at Jefferson County Airport [1800' elev] is warmer than 11 years in Philadelphia, despite the latter being near sea level in the far southeast corner of the State and a notorious urban heat island.

To be clear, 2024 alone is incredible. But the two-year punch of 2023 & 2024 is unlike anything in recorded history - and some locations have data going back more than 150 years. Just unreal.
