I thought maybe low like my work location which is usually 5 degrees colder because it's 200ft lower than Tamaqua.
Blizzard of 93
I also like still seeing a juiced up system on 18z GFS on the 11th & 12th, even though it didn’t work out for us this run. With the advertised pattern that should be in place, I like our chances of the surface working out in our favor.

I take runs verbatim and judge them on that. In light of the fact the Euro and Canadian literally show nothing close to what the Gfs is showing, tells me it's a phantom storm anyway. But verbatim, it's a total screwgy for PA.
Blizzard of 93
Here are CTP’s comments on the midweek Clipper potential. By the middle of the week, flow once again becomes more southwesterly ahead of an approaching low pressure system. Ensembles seem to be coming into agreement that this low will track over the Great Lakes and will bring light snowfall to most of Central PA Wednesday into Thursday. Cyclonic flow remains overhead through the end of the week and will support continued upslope snow showers over the western mountains and lake effect snow over the northwest. Temperatures will remain well below normal through the extended period with highs generally in the 20s and 30s and lows in the teens and 20s. Jns2183
@canderson Iceland was magical. Just got back. Our outing to blue lagoon got cancelled due to lava, but with the volcano beginning to erupt hours before our flight we got treated to these images as we landed in Iceland. Jns2183
I thought you were dead.Haha, not dead just been busy helping start a new bar from scratch, then vacation. Besides drought and warm weather the last few months have been anticlimactic weather wise, so I placed weather in the back seat hoping for some December miracles. As it stands the rankings folks need to have a conversation. Tech is unranked. I don't care that they've beaten Florida State when they were ranked tenth in the ultimate argument for abolishing preseason polls or Miami, who should have at least three losses. They're 7-4 and unranked. Losing to an unranked team should cost a top 10 team at least 10-15 spots. This puts should be #22 Georgia in the SEC title game behind #9 SMU, #11 Boise State and #16 ASU. This is how the SEC champion finds themselves out. I don't care if Georgia ties this one at 20 and loses by a field goal at the buzzer. They're looking that ass against a four loss ACC team a week after letting UMass beat the spread. A loss should plummet them.

WmsptWx
SECESPN has just established the narrative: Prop up four loss Georgia Tech to save three loss Georgia. And just to be clear, if Alabama wins tomorrow and Georgia wins the SEC next week, the SEC will absolutely throw Texas under the bus as a newcomer to get three loss Alabama and three loss Georgia in the playoffs at the expense of Texas and Indiana. Blizzard of 93
December 8th is looking rather interesting on the 0z Canadian & GFS. The Canadian slides off to our south, but the GFS is a moderate hit this run.
Voyager
The joys of being an early riser for work (1:30am) means my body is tuned for it, and as such, am up on my days off by 4am.
