canderson
It’s not raining but winds are howling now to 42 mph. Rain now at .2” and a break here as some more light stuff moves closer. Probably end with .22-.25”. Much needed!

Blizzard of 93
For The Thanksgiving storm chance, the 0z GFS brings a moderate snow this run on Turkey day. The 0z Euro is a cutter with some front end mix later on Thanksgiving day changing to rain into Friday. Long way to go, but it’s looking more likely there will be some kind of storm during the holiday period. 1

That's closer to climo so it has some merit, but everything remains on the table this far out.

mahantango#1
Temp dropped to 30 with a thick fog and ice on the grass and the vehicles. I mowed a few sections of my place yesterday. Grass is still growing, hopefully it's the last time mowing this year. The calendar says so.. but will the weather cooperate?

ChescoWx
Chilly and breezy today with some occasional rain showers especially across Northern Chester and Berks Counties....some snow may begin to mix in with the rain across the highest elevations later this evening. Some additional snow and rain showers will continue for much of the day tomorrow. Any minor slushy accumulations will be on non-paved surfaces as temperatures with the exception of the highest ridges will remain a little above freezing for the duration. We start to dry out and turn a bit milder with temperatures back to near or slightly above normal before a sharp turn to colder by Wednesday. Turkey Day itself looks to be colder than normal with high temperatures in the low 40's.

As suggested by a few, Op/Ens are seeing the storm, and the pattern is close enough to get it done, so that's good enough for now. Lets just enjoy the chase, and hope for the best (well that's what I'm doin anyway).

Of course somerset (seven springs) will try to 1 up em. Will be fun to see how it evolves, but base on LP sitting over eastern pa, chips pushed to NE for me. Awesome to see other opps lining up for next week n beyond. Cant ask for more as we are just getting started. Happy pre friday all.
