McCain has been fun to watch & is putting up impressive numbers. They need to figure it out soon, or this will be a lost season. The guys who should be leading the way are not only not producing, but even worse...not putting out the effort needed. Case in point - Wednesday night was the best game they played so far this season. And look who wasn't available...
canderson Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM Share Posted yesterday at 03:20 AM If my maths and records are correct I’ve had less than .3” rain since September 12. I was gone during that stetch of drizzle in late September / early October but don’t think it added up to much of anything Maybe it’ll rain next Thursday. Dry and warm continues for many months on end.
Bubbler86 Posted yesterday at 10:54 AM Share Posted yesterday at 10:54 AM 51 out this AM. MDT banging mid 50's and is already at or above the norm for the day. My zone was raised 7 degrees from last night. Models continue their first flakes alert for Thursday-Sat. Wet flakes with temps above freezing.

ChescoWx Posted yesterday at 03:00 PM Share Posted yesterday at 03:00 PM Dry and windy today with temps well into the 50's to near 60 degrees. A Red Flag Warning is in effect through today so outdoor burning is not recommended. We stay mild through Wednesday and then chill to below normal levels and see shower chances increase Wednesday night through the end of the work week. Itstrainingtime
Went to the Pitt - Clemson game this afternoon before the Steelers and Ravens tomorrow. As much as I criticize James Franklin...there's always Pat Narduzzi to outdo him. Pitt had 1st and goal from the 2 in the 3rd quarter and ended up getting 3 consecutive delay of game or procedure calls before another snap. Never seen anything like it.

WmsptWx
The likelihood of an SEC team coming north before Christmas now likely hinges on not dropping the soap in Minneapolis next week. Assuming all things go as they should, I'm going to be riding HARD on Mr. Elliott's call for a rough stretch around Christmas. Inject Georgia walking into a subzero whiteout directly into my veins. And then pull some Iowa shit and somehow misplaced the visitor's bench warmers.

Voyager
Interesting temperature variations this morning. Here in Tamaqua it's currently 37 degrees. Out in Sunbury, it's anywhere from 28-32 on the PWS's in the area. I looked because we had to drop a trailer out in Sunbury yesterday. I broke down on my first load of the day (blew a radiator hose while climbing the Blue Mountain) which put me 2 hours behind schedule. By the time I got to our Sunbury customer, they closed shop and went home. Rather than drag the load back home than back up there again this morning, it was dropped and I bobtailed home. Today's driver will bobtail back to unload it and continue on his day. Now, the load itself won't freeze, but the outlet valve might.

If you get high enough you can hear them all night long. 33 here this AM with our first real frost of the season. MDT is in the upper 30's. Voyager
49 minutes ago, mahantango#1 said: So you "bobtailed" through Pillow with your Jakebreak on? Nope. Once I deliver in Sunbury, the fastest (but not the shortest mileage wise) is to run US11 to Danville and then 80 east to 81 south to get home.

ChescoWx
We should continue to see temperatures well above normal in the upper 50's to low 60's through midweek before a change to below normal temps to finish out the work week. We have a good chance of some rain from Wednesday night into Thursday...all fingers and toes crossed!
