That was the kinda rates I saw Wednesday evening. I am seeing reports of people seeing well over 8 inches in parts of west-central Loudoun for the event which I believe was the max deficits out this way. Always hoping for something more impressive but this was at least something to track and some interesting weather. That's twice the amount I received for the entire period from memorial day to yesterday morning. Remarkable, on both fronts.
