weatherwiz
Drove through storms in Hartford on my way to New Britain. Crazy CGs. At five churches for trivia and my friends mom got here and said lots of roads here closed due to flooding. I got lucky, didn’t encounter any getting off Rt 9 and driving through downtown

It’s a little steamy out there, at least here in the swamps of coastal mass. Literally just hit back from a good walk myself. But I’d totally deluding myself if I said this type of stuff has much staying power compared to about a month ago, when we were at the heart of the season. It’s still good to see summer-like weather hanging around..hopefully we have a nice gradual step down with one more resurgence to get those final trips down to the beach. And as my guy torchy would say, perhaps a little tropical activity thrown into the mix as well, preferably in areas that actually need the rain!
