Brian D
What a hot day. Temps peaked in the upper 80's to around 90 with dews in the low-mid 70's here in town. Mid 80's inland with lower dews. A light S wind off the lake kept humidity up here in town. Stifling! ISH! Heritage days here in TH. We have it every year starting on the second Thurs of July. Started yesterday, but the activities really get going on the Friday (being today). Street dance tonight with live bands. Helicopter rides during the day. Just a boat load of stuff going on. It will wrap up on Sun.

weatherbo
Spent the past week hiking and camping in some of the most remote parts of the Huron's... absolute isolation. A reboot for the heart, mind and soul. Sometimes I feel like I could disappear into the woods forever and be just fine. A warm one today with highs in the mid to upper 80's along with some storm chances overnight as the midway point in met summer is here. In a few weeks tell-tale signs of an aging season will begin to creep in... subtle changes in the leaves, cool foggy mornings, longer afternoon shadows. One of the best times of the year as far as I'm concerned. Nothing better in life than the gift of contentment.

OrdIowPitMsp
Morning convection passed through here, storms really started firing to my east over St. Paul, now just some scattered rain showers overhead. We’ll see how much recovery the atmosphere undergoes this afternoon. Dews are approaching the oppressive category.
cyclone77
Our first shot at a 80 degree dew comes on Monday. Will probably end up more in the 77-79 range but there's a shot at tagging 80.
OrdIowPitMsp
Another cloudburst just put the airport on a brief ground stop. Quarter mile visibility and frequent CtG lightning. The razor thin line of showers/storms along I-94 backs up west of St. Cloud. 74 at 2pm. Going to be tough to break 90 today. @Chicago Stormgotta hand it to you for sensing temps would likely underperform today. You should do some consulting work for our WFO.
cyclone77
Dews overperforming today with 77-78 so far. Corn is at max sweat as of late.

Brian D
Mid 80's with low 70 dews. Parade just finished a few minutes ago, and just in time as a shwr/stm complex is starting to move in. Upper clouds have been hazing the Sun a bit today. Interesting note, in my many years here in TH, it has never rained on the parade. Before, and after, yes, but not ON the parade. In fact, an older citizen of the town also noted that it had never rained on the parade. Lots of decades being counted here.

Geoboy645
So a blob popped up here after the main MCS moved through and just like that it's dumped another 2-3 inches on top of the prior rainfall and triggered yet another couple of FFWs. Well the dry weather was nice while it lasted.

bowtie`
When I started mowing it was 79/72/no HI. I just finished and it is 88/73/96. A tad warm but I beat the rain/sprinkles/clouds rolling through. Caught 0.69 this morning and another 0.54 this afternoon for 1.23" total. We didn't get the big totals from Beryl down this way, but have 3.21" in the past six days, with several more rounds possible in the next couple of days.
