HinghamBoss
That was an insane storm here. Some of the most vivid cloud to ground lightning in awhile with quarter sized hail. Thunderstorm of yore.

kdxken
This weather blows. Deer flies are out of control. Slow down for a second and they're on you like white on rice. Video doesn't do it justice. 5 2

TauntonBlizzard2013
Scorcher today. Moved my appointment for my leg too next week. Going to give it a week of just rest, ice, and light walking. want to give it a chance to heal on its own a bit before i decide if i need extensive medical intervention. Pain is in large part of calf. No pain around ankle or heel, or bruising. I suspect it is not Achilles

I’ve rarely seen deer flies here in my 18 years, but I haven’t been able to go outside the last few weeks without one landing on me. 2 1

HoarfrostHubb
It’s very bizarre. We had very few of them last summer here Also, on a weather not, only managed to get to 87F today. BOX point n click had me at 94 forecast.

"Can he see his Achilles tendon? Can he push his toes like a gas pedal with his knee fully extended?" And I can full extend knee and push toes down like I’m pressing a gas pedal. Thompson test at urgent care was also negative

It's weird because we usually have plenty of deer flies but I've hardly seen any this year and almost no mosquitos in Greenfield but friends say tons of them down towards Northhampton and Easthampton.

rimetree
The deer flies and mosquitoes were a problem in June but have really been cut back with the dry conditions. Actually enjoyed dinner outside on the patio for the first time this summer and had no issues. Perfect weather with a light sea breeze too.

One of these days my obsession/innate curiosity of nature will probably be the death of me but to me, it’s all worth it in the end lol. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t terrified of the thunder/lightning as a kid and now I practically play with house money during every storm just to get that perfect shot. 1
