CoolHandMike
Just moved ~5 yards of mulch to the back garden. I am beat. And also drenched, but hey, at least the sun wasn't out! Had to do it today or it would have probably sat there until October the way this year is going... Blech:

LVblizzard
Line weakened right before it got here. Lots of rain but virtually no wind. I’m okay with it - we don’t need another round of power outages. Let the utility workers rest a little.

CoolHandMike
It's nice to have a non-apocalyptic, regular summertime thunderstorm for a change. Moderate to heavy rain, occasional, far-off thunder booms and very little wind, even with the gust front. My garden will love this.
RedSky
Even better a second blob for a round #2 and for areas further south.
LVLion77
0.46 here in Macungie area and will probably top off at around 0.50 - 0.60 based on radar. Rumbles of thunder in the distance but no wind or craziness. Nice soaking rain for the garden. Looks like points south and east will be next. .

LVblizzard
The hope is that these storms tonight lay an outflow boundary across the region so storms tomorrow can latch onto it and really go crazy. If it happens I think it’s around I-95 or the turnpike.

ChescoWx
Most of the County has picked up some beneficial rain overnight. Ranging from as low as 0.49" at the Coatesville Airport to as much as 1.88" down in West Grove. Southern spots were for the most part near or over 1 inch while folks in the north were closer to the 0.50" to 0.70" of rain. We start the day muggy but a sharp cold front will cross the area between the 3pm to 5pm hour with another round of possible heavy storms and t-storms. Some spots could pick up another 0.5" to 1.00" of rain. Much cooler tonight with lows into the 50's and pleasantly cool to start July tomorrow with highs struggling to escape the mid 70's in the higher spots of the County. Chester County records for today: High 103 degrees at Phoenixville (1934) / Low 46 at Devault (1988) / Rain 2.95" at Glenmoore (1973)
