* WHAT...For the Heat Advisory, heat index values around 100. For
  the Excessive Heat Warning, dangerously hot conditions with heat
  index values up to 108 expected.

* WHERE...Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon,
  Perry, and York Counties.

* WHEN...For the Heat Advisory, until noon EDT Monday. For the
  Excessive Heat Warning, from noon Monday to 8 PM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
  extreme heat and high humidity events.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Drink plenty of fluids, stay out of the sun, and stay in an
air-conditioned room.

The heat may be life-threatening to the elderly and those in poor
health, due to prolonged exposure without air conditioning.
