I did not see a lot of cancelling vs. radar negative comments which were spot on.    Most comments said that it did not look good now, let's hope it does well later to include MJS pointing out the lateness on some of the later models runs as to the line.

  Southeastern Snyder County in central Pennsylvania...

* Until 900 PM EDT.

* At 748 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from Ickesburg to Colonel Denning State Park to
  Shippensburg, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Carlisle, Selinsgrove, Shippensburg, Plainfield, Schlusser,
  Marysville, Shamokin Dam, Newport, Duncannon, Hummels Wharf,
  Newville, and Honey Grove.

My fear, and to [mention=6001]paweather[/mention] point, is that the line is progressing so slowly eastbound that by the time it reaches here...
The south end isn't looking too hot

It's early amazing how consistent the lack of lightning has been in that right circle area not only all this year but for the last two or three years. I wish there was a website I could find yearly density of lightning strikes for an area year to year. Screenshot_20240710_201545.jpg
