You're more than ready for Franklin post game pressers when he says "obviously" 43 times in 9 minutes.

And there's truly only one thing that's obvious...

You see? I haven't even thought about that clown in probably an hour. I don't need this.

Impressive!  Almost snagged the national low from Mackay, ID and Peter Sinks, UT, which both came in at 28.

Peter Sinks was the name of my band in High School.

Low of 62. Another beautiful morning. May be heading to Codorus with the kids later to join some friends camping. Quiet in here.

62 here as well.  A 90 min round of Ninja Watering is in the books.  Hope to not disturb too many early showers here.   It affects water pressure.

A lot of timing issues with clouds this holiday period.  For MDT on Thu, the HRRR has mid 90's at 18Z, Rgem has near 90 and headed down, 3K mid 80's and headed down, while both CMC and GFS have low 80's.     Not one of these models (HRRR does not go that far) show 90's on Friday.   That does not discount the ability of the HIA area to over perform.

Shortimers say rain should be over by 9 but scattered around the area before that.

Most spots in the county for the 3rd straight morning reached the 50's for low temperatures. This already exceeds the amount of sub 60 degree lows we recorded last July. Out temps begin to warm through the rest of the week. Shower chances increase and just might interfere with some firework plans tomorrow evening. The best chances of rain are tomorrow night and again on Saturday.
Daily Chester County records for today: High 104 degrees at Phoenixville (1966) - of note 8 of the 9 stations at the time exceeded the century mark on that day - only West Grove at 98 degrees stayed "cooler" / Low 45 degrees also at Phoenixville (1957)/ Rain 3.19" Coatesville (1978)
