Fingers crossed those cells central Franklin give me something.   Next legit change of rain after Monday is TBD.   Ironic if we have to go to water restrictions post Debbie.
How big of an area do your water restrictioms cover

If you miss out from that line - you should be angrier than Bryan.

I also wondered for people who get well water. How much does groundwater flow?

We are not that bad right now but if it does not rain for 10-14 more days that will basically eliminate everything Debbie did and put us back into D2 area.   Very few areas in PA with below normal streams but we are one.  York has one in danger area already.

Thanks for posting that steam flow detail. That really shows how different it is across the state especially how wet it has been in the majority of NEPA. Over an 1" again today and over 8" for August. Had close to 5" in July. Feel like I live in a Tropical Rain Forest and to hear someone mention "drought" is hard to believe within 150 miles. Need this with cold air in January!

Not a drop of consequence in Hanover today.  I put down weed and feed and Savin for those stupid grubs that love my yard, whether in MD or PA. I  at least need a 1/4" to get that in because I'll be damned if I'm going to water.

P.s. @Bubbler86 Went to the Waynesboro Family Diner today. Not bad at all.
