You have almost double the worst NWS station over this way (for the year) which is under 17".
What station has 17 inches? Do you have the totals for some stations around you?

Looks amazing!

I hear that Fin Fur and Feather is under new management and they've done a great job at revitalizing the place.

Love it up there. We have family that has a cabin up near the Black Forest Inn.

He also sits in a prime spot with his elevation compared to the coastal plains

I’m at 26.58” ytd at my coop site.  Most of that was front loaded with only around 5” the last 90 days

It’s all beautiful country up there! I kind of lost track of Fin Fur and feather. Next time up will have to check it out. Usually once a year go across the pike to Cloudersport, stop at Cherry Springs and have a meal at Black Forest Inn.

Rainfall total for the year 26.86”

Switching back to our forum's favorite topic for a moment. I recently started following this New Zealand meteorologist on Twitter, Ben Noll. He has a lot of good stuff including coverage of US. I just saw he asked and answered everyone's big question around here:

"Is it too early to look at a snow map for December?"

Ben Noll Question #2: On Friday he asked and answered a big question for right now:

https://x.com/BenNollWeather/status/1814283229643563429

"Has it been more humid than normal this July or is it "just summer"?

"It's been more humid than normal for about 70% of the U.S. so far this July.

The most unusually humid conditions have been found from Washington D.C. northward into New England, where average dew points have been more than 5˚F above average in parts"

91 at 2:30.

It may not hit 90 the entire time I’m in Austin this week. Insanely cool mid to late July they’re seeing.
Wouldn't not hitting 90 just be average since average high is not 90. I wouldn't call it Sandy coolness the average temperatures are 81 and below
